Origin of the products :

The items proposed derive from the informal sector involving craftswomen who, for the most part, live in the remote villages of Tunisia . They have been chosen for their skill and their know-how – The items exhibited have been selected with the collaboration of the craftswomen themselves to best meet your expectations.

All of these items are unique and hand-made – Each of them is actually the living expression of a moment of creativity of the artist. It may therefore be the case that the items delivered will shightly differ from those shown on the website.

Presentation of the items :

Serious attempt has been made to describe each the items exhibited as objectively as possible. Note however, that for certain products, you can order the same item in different colour and / or size than the one shown on our site.

Guarantees :

Handicraft promotion and high-quality products being our primary objectives, we are careful to ensure that he items proposed are flawless- we are fully aware of the scanty means of our suppliers, but we remain eager to make of our site a visible system able to provide this destitute population access to a constant source of income.

Price of the products :

The prices indicated ( price & delivery fees ) are all taxes included. However, we reserve the right to modify them. The price in your bill will be the same as the one indicated at the moment of registration of your order.
Transport prices indicated are approximated ; they are only available for medium size and medium weight products.
However for some voluminous and heavy products as wrought iron products (chair, table, argentiere), big metal products (console, nest of 3 tables), big wool materials (carpet, mergoum) and roman mosaic, these prices would be determined by a special computing, taking care of the weight and/or the volume, also the destination more or less far.
As for the delivery outside Tunisia prices are also free on bard ( FOB).
However, both the transport and Customs fees ( VAT and other taxes depending on destination) are chargeable to the buyer who is to pay them off as appropriate to the requirements of his / her country and of the authorities concerned .

Time of Delivery :

On live products will be delivered to the address indicated at the capture of your order .

For example, it will take about 7 working days to send packages by mail to Europe.
This time may be extended to 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.

Items ordered will require more time to be made. (This will generally be mentioned in the specification of the item selected).

Dispute :

The management of our website is in accordance with the current, Tunisian Legislation. In case of dispute, only Tunisian law courts are competent.
